このシングルオリジンチョコレートに使用しているハワイ産カカオは、ハワイ島の緑豊かな Hāmākua（ハマクア）海岸にある Nīnole Cacao（ニーノレ・カカオ）で育てられています。
この7エーカーのカカオ農園は2019年に開かれ、およそ2000本のカカオの木が植えられています。
初めての収穫は2022年の夏に行われました。
